Ethereum Chain
Connect the wallet and turn on: https://app.matrixetf.finance/
Click the “Connect Wallet” on the right-up side, choose Ethereum and connect with Metamask.
Click Overview to get to the MDI webpage.
MDI Webpage Section Display
There are 3 sections on the Matrix DeFi Index(MDI) webpage:
- ETF Constitution Section
- ETF Main Operation Section
- Wallet Balance Section
Among there are 4 columns on ETF Main Operation Section, which are the core functions of trade:
- Buy: You may Buy ETF shares by basic assets such as ETH, MDF, USDT etc.
- Mint: You may purchase ETF shares by the corresponding basket of Tokens
- Redeem: You may redeem a basket of Tokens by ETF shares
- Info: This is the detailed introduction page to display the relevant ETF information including Investment Logic, Constitutional Token Standard etc.
Buy Operation
- Click Approve and authorize MatrixETF to interact with the wallet.
2. Select a Token (from ETH, MDF, USDT, MDI) to buy ETF+.
3. Input the Token amount of MDI you desire to buy and click Buy.
4. Click My Wallet and refresh it, you will see the MDI amount which you have purchased after confirmation.
Notice: Approve/Buy operations both have to be approved of confirmation by Metamask.
Mint Operation
There are 2 methods to Mint ETF: Mint ETF and Mint Multi Assets
Steps of Minting Multi Assets
- Click Mint to ensure that you are in the Mint page.
2. Click Multi Assets which is multi assets to exchange MDI.
3. Click Approve to allow MatrixETF utilize tokens such as LINK、Uni、AAVE、GRT、MKR、COMP、DYDX、SUSHI、YFI、CRV(there will be 10 authorization windows, please be patient with it).
4. Input the MDI amount that you would like to Mint.
5. Click Mint and confirm in Metamask.
6. Click Refresh in My Wallet, after confirmation you will see the MDI amount.
Notice: Approve/Mint operations both have to be approved of confirmation by Metamask.
Steps of Minting Single ETF
The method is similar with the way Mint Multi Assets, as shown below:
Redeem Operation
There are 2 methods of Redeem: Redeem ETF and Redeem Multi Assets
Steps of Redeeming Multi Assets
- Click Redeem and ensure you are in Redeem page.
- Click Multi Assets which is multi assets to exchange MDI.
3. Click Approve to allow MatrixETF utilize MDI.
4. Input the MDI amount that you would like to Redeem
5. Click Redeem and confirm in Metamask
6. Click Refresh in My Wallet, after confirmation you will see the tokens such as LINK、Uni、AAVE、GRT、MKR、COMP、DYDX、SUSHI、YFI、CRV etc.
Notice: Approve/Redeem operations both have to be approved of confirmation by Metamask.
Steps of Redeeming Single ETF
The method is similar with the way Redeem Multi Assets, as shown below:

- Buy: Trade will be transferred to Raydium platform
- Convert: You may exchange SOL to WSOL
- Mint: You may purchase ETF shares by the corresponding basket of Tokens
- Redeem: You may redeem a basket of Tokens by ETF shares
- Info: This is the detailed introduction page to display the relevant ETF information including Investment Logic, Constitutional Token Standard etc.
Buy Operation
Click Buy will jump to https://raydium.io/swap/, you can trade on Raydium platform, reference by https://matrixetf.medium.com/matrixetf-guideline-of-mdf-trading-9370dbf12e0b
Convert Operation
Input desired SOL amount and click convert.
Mint Operation
You can only Mint Multi Assets on MSI.
- Click Mint and ensure you are in the Mint webpage.
- Input the MSI amount you would like to Mint.
- Click Mint option.
- Confirm in the Phantom Wallet.
- Once the balances of constitutional tokens decrease, the Mint function is done.
Redeem Operation
You can only Redeem Multi Assets on MSI.
- Click Redeem and ensure that you are in the Redeem page.
- Input MSI amount that you would like to redeem.
- Click Redeem option.
- Interact with Phantom wallet to confirm Redeem function.
- Click refresh on My Wallet and you will see the Redeem balance of WSOL、SRM、RAY、FIDA、MINGO、ATLAS、SLIM、YULIP etc.
